Everclear CO-Extrusion
ECC 1020
ECC 1020 clear is a transparent co-extruded TPU / TPU-ABS blend film which shows very good wear resistance and deformation characteristics during deep drawing. The surface is high gloss and very scratch resistant and very cut resistant. The bottom layer is modified so that both screen-printing and digital printing can be used for decoration. Due to the large variety of different printing systems, are own tests essential!
ECC 1211
ECC 1211 is a transparent coextruded polyamide film with a PA 11 top layer and a PA 12 underlayer. The surface is high-gloss, very scratch- as well as very cut-resistant. The underlayer is modified so that both screen printing as well as sublimation processes can be used for decoration.

ECC 1212 is a transparent coextruded polyamide film with a UV-stabilized PA 12 top layer and an adhesive-modified PA 12 underlayer. The surface is high-gloss, very scratch- as well as very cut-resistant. The underlayer is modified so that both screen printing and sublimation processes can be used for decoration.
Everclear MONO Extrusion
EC 610
EC 610 clear is an extruded transparent film based on an ABS / TPU blend. This film can be used very well in the screen printing system and also in solvent-based digital printing. Due to the large variety of different printing systems, tests are essential here. UV protection with a surface clear coat is recommended, even although it is not absolutely necessary.
EC 618
The EC 618 clear is an extruded transparent film based on an ABS/TPU blend that shows low white breakage and has good wear properties. The film is UV-basic stabilized and adhesion optimized. This film is very suitable for screen-printing and for solvent based digital printing. Due to the large variety of different printing systems, are own tests essential!
EC 3010 transparent & white
EC 3010 is a UV stabilized,thermoforming, back-printable and cut-resistant extruded film made of TPU blend, which is available in a transparent and in a white version.
EC 4060
EC 4060 is a transparent, thermoforming extruded TPU / PMMA blend film. The film is UV stable; additional coating with UV paint is not necessary.
P-tex® UHMWPE
P-tex® 2000 electra
P-tex® 2000 electra is a sintered ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density, which has been made electrically and thermally conductive by means of special additives. This tread is used for alpine and cross-country skis.
P-tex® 2000 HC high clear
P-tex® 2000 HC is a sintered ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density. The special feature of this kind is a high transparency compared to other transparent UHMW-PE treads. The tread is used for skis and snowboards.
P-tex® 2100 black
P-tex® 2100 black is a sintered, ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density that is made from a special PE type that is used as a recycling material in the manufacture of the various standard UHMW-PE types. For this reason, we can only provide technical guidelines.
P-tex® 3000 colored
P-tex® 3000 colored is a sintered, ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density that shows very good sliding properties on snow – due to special additives.
P-tex® 3000 white
P-tex® 3000 white is a sintered, ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density that shows very good sliding properties on snow – due to special additives.
P-tex® 3000 black
P-tex® 3000 black is a sintered, ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density, which shows very good sliding properties on snow – due to special additives. Another advantage is that this type of tread can be used well in the die cut, and the tread does not tend to “gray” in the area of the steel edges – compared to other types.

P-tex® 4504 black is a sintered, ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density, which has been made electrically and thermally conductive by means of special additives. This tread is used for alpine racing skis and cross-country racing skis.
P-tex® 5188 black
P-tex® 5188 black is a sintered ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density. The used PE grain has a special surface texture to bind a particularly large amount of soot, which leads to high electrical and thermal conductivity. This tread has been developed for racing, especially concerning wet and amorphous snow conditions.
P-tex® 5480 black
P-tex® 5480 black is a sintered ultra high molecular weight density polyethylene with a special PE grain surface and a very high C content for high electric and thermal conductivity.

P-tex® 5920 black is a ultra-high-molecular polyethylene with high density, which has been made electrically and thermally conductive by means of special additives. This tread is used for alpine racing skis and cross-country racing skis.

P-tex XC
P-tex XC is an extruded HDPE tread with a scale in a transparent as well as in a black version. Screen printing is possible on the back. Also available with HDPE (80 µm) protective film.
P-tex 1820 clear
P-tex 1820 clear is a wear-resistant, transparent HDPE tread, which is produced in a special process. This type of tread is characterized by very good running properties.

P-tex 1820 black is a black colored HD-PE tread, which is produced in a special process. This type of tread is characterized by very good running properties and tends to less “graying”.

P-tex 1100 black
P-tex 1100 is an extruded HD-PE tread, which is very suitable for back printing. The colored tread has a high color brilliance. The tread is available in a transparent, a black and a white version as well as in other colors according to the Pantone color system.
P-tex 900 HTR
P-tex 900 HTR is a transparent HD-PE tread, which is very suitable for back printing.
P-tex 800 clear & colored
P-tex 800 is an extruded HDPE tread, available in a transparent and a colored version.The highly transparent version is ideal for back printing, while the colored versions impress with their very high color brilliance. All Pantone colors, fluorescent colors and various other special colors are available.
TP 455 black & white
TP 455 is an insert material based on foamed HDPE basis, available in black and white. This PE is characterized by high dimensional stability and yet minimal density. It is particularly suitable to achieve weight loss. This material consists of 20% pure TP 455 regranulate.
TP 190
TP 190 clear is an extruded, transparent TPU material that can be used for a wide variety of applications. This UV stabilized material shows excellent resistance to hydrolysis, flexibility at low temperatures and resistance to microorganisms.
